Hops Cottage is 200 years old and is Grade II listed, therefore it is not huge but we think it is very comfortable.
There is a master bedroom with a double bed and a twin room with matching single devans, there is also a child's bedroom with a bunk bed for one.
A comfortable lounge and kitchen dining area are downstairs with seating for five in total.
The cottage will have been cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom on the day of your arrival. We would expect the whole cottage to be spotless.
The property has a gas combination boiler so hot water should be instant. Gas is supplied within the cost of the holiday. Electricity is obtained via a meter which takes £1 coins.
We would wish to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the house and so are not keen on guests bringing dogs. However, we realise that this could prove difficult as there are so many people who wish to take their pets on holiday in this country, and so we will accommodate small dogs by arrangement.

Double Bedroom - Double bed 4'6"
Twin Room - Two 2'6" beds
Child's Bedroom - One Child's cabin bed (max 5'2 height)

There is a newly fitted kitchen dining room with micowave, washing machine, gas hob + electric oven, CD radio cassette. All cutlery, pans and plates, cups etc are provided.

The living room has two twin seater sofas and a very comfortable armchair. We have put in a colour televison along with a video recorder. There are also a few children's toys to keep little ones entertained.

The hot water and central heating is supplied via a combination boiler fitted discreetly in the kitchen. There are radiators in every room.

THE COTTAGE IS A NON-SMOKING HOME AND AS SUCH WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU DO SMOKE, PLEASE SMOKE OUTSIDE.
