The courtyard has a storage room which houses the gas meter. This room is dry and can be used to store any "wet" beach stuff you may have.

There is also an outside toilet (very refreshing!).

The rear gate which exits onto a small path leads almost onto the village green and is ideal for coming and going from the beach without going through the house.

There is a washing line and pegs and an outside tap to wash your sandy feet on your way back from the beach!
